Design Rate
Includes construction PDF drawing development taken from the concept development plan.
Additional/Other Fees
Miscellaneous
Any miscellaneous fees that are incurred by RPDS during the course of a project will be billed to the client for payment.
(e.g., prints, couriers, postage, etc.)
Re-Use Fee
A re-use fee of $1.50 per square foot under roof, per each house design, will be charged if you build your design more than once.
