About Robert Padilla Design Studio
Robert Padilla is the owner and lead designer at Robert Padilla Design Studios. He has designed homes and commercial projects in over ten States. His portfolio of work consists of over 1,400 original designs for custom-built homes and additions. In the commercial field, he has experience as the lead designer for churches, wineries, doctor and dentist offices, medical laboratories, and golf course clubhouses. Likewise, he has designed homes ranging in size from an 800-square-foot cabin to an 11,000-square-foot, three-story home. Undoubtedly, no project is too big. Robert puts the same attention to detail into each project, whether new construction or an addition.
A stellar reputation
Earning a stellar reputation as a designer who listens to his client’s needs, Robert consistently delivers designs that exceed expectations. Robert is known for having each client make a “believing binder”, which is a portable vision board for the project. He encourages his clients to fill the binder with pictures of what they would like to see materialize in their homes or buildings. Soon, this thick “believing binder” is a staple at every meeting, serving as an effective tool to help clients visualize their desires and communicate them. Above all, Robert loves to listen and learn from his clients. He prides himself in being able to deliver exactly what the client wants so that their dream can become a reality.

Personal Life
Currently, Robert lives in Cape Coral, Florida with his wife, Suzanne, and their border collie, Tully. Robert and Suzanne are proud parents of two successful sons – a surgeon and a graphic designer – and a lovely daughter-in-law. They have also been blessed with two adorable grandsons. When he’s not working hard for his clients, Robert volunteers as a Christian minister. He also enjoys fun activities like fishing, kayaking down the Intracoastal Waterway, and walking on the beach. He especially loves to spend time with his family and friends.
